ABOUT ME

My name is Isabel Arias, and I was born and raised in Miami, FL. I earned my undergraduate degree from Nova Southeastern University and my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. As a Registered Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida, I have been in practice since 2018, providing therapy and counseling to adolescents, children, and the elderly. With expertise in mental health illnesses, case management, training and community services, I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges and build resilience. I believe that every person is beautifully complex—capable of greatness yet sometimes feeling stuck or unfulfilled. Through a collaborative and evidence-based approach, I guide my clients in reshaping negative thought patterns, understanding emotional struggles, and developing healthier perspectives.
